The Nar Phu Valley Trek and Kang La Pass lie in the restricted regions of Nepal, rich in both cultural and natural beauty. Open to foreigners since 2003, trekkers require special permits and must travel with a government-licensed trekking guide. Everest Alpine Trekking is a certified company in Nepal that can arrange both the trekking permits and licensed guides for this journey.
Nar Phu Valley remains one of Nepal’s most untouched and pristine regions, offering a rare glimpse into Tibetan-influenced culture. The valley is home to Tibetan refugees, giving trekkers an authentic cultural experience. Beyond its cultural significance, the region is renowned for breathtaking views of the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Tilicho Peak, and Lamjung Himal—making it a perfect destination for adventurers seeking both natural beauty and cultural immersion.
